The seller prepared it and sent it very quickly, although it took 5 weeks to arrive in Spain. There was No customs problem. In any case, the bag is of good quality. Surprise the packaging. It's careful, it's minimalist, it inspires what these types of articles are for. The finishes are good. Velcros are of quality (important thing) and are subject to perfection. I 've used several Topeak bags and this one is far superior. The sealed zipper closes perfectly. Not a single hitch. The size of the cursor/zipper handle allows you to use it in full gear, with or without gloves (winter also). Perhaps as a Pelin sticks the finishing of the seams on the corners and on the base (attached photos), but it's more of a detail/question of taste; It's nothing to subtract functionality. Capacity is very good. Gives to carry mobile, external battery, cámaro go pro, loose things, vest, etc. It stays in place and does not interfere with the pedaling.
