Designed to be fastened securely to the top tube by touch fastener strap(adjustable to fit your own top tube diameter size) or bolt-on bosses. With the special bungee cord attachment for the head-tube side, the bag stays stable while riding even in rough terrain and sharp steering. Access to items is easy with the one-finger zipper puller.
