Does my bike need a rear rack?
Yes. The ERRO panniers and trunk bag mount to a standard rear rack. If your frame doesn't have rack mounts, most bike shops can install a rack using seatpost clamps or P-clamps — or consider one of our bikepacking-only bundles instead.

Can I customize the bundle?
Bundle contents are fixed so we can offer the discount. If you need different sizes or pieces, you can purchase each bag individually from our catalog.

Will this setup work off-road?
Yes, on gravel, rail trails, and light dirt. For rough singletrack or technical bikepacking routes, a bikepacking-only bundle (no panniers) handles better because the load sits closer to the bike's centerline.

What bikes are compatible?
Any touring, gravel, hybrid, or road bike with rear rack mounts (or one that can accept an aftermarket rack). The handlebar harness fits drop, flat, and riser bars. See the Size & Capacity Guide for bike fit details.

Is the whole setup waterproof?
The dry bag uses HF-welded waterproof construction. The ERRO panniers and trunk bag are weatherproof for sustained rain. For critical items (electronics, sleeping bag), we still recommend an internal dry bag liner for peace of mind on long tours.
