Can I use it for shorter trips, or is 18L overkill?
The roll-top lets you compress it down to about 13L, so it adapts to overnighters as well as multi-week tours. If most of your riding is one to three nights, also look at the 12L version.
Is it fully waterproof?
Yes. TPU-coated fabric, taped seams, and a roll-top closure keep contents dry through sustained rain. The ventilating valve lets you purge air when compressing the bag.
Do I need the anti-sway stabilizer?
Not required, but recommended if you ride rough gravel or singletrack with a full load. The WOHO anti-sway stabilizer cradles the bag from your saddle rails and eliminates side-to-side movement entirely.
Will it fit my bike?
It mounts to your saddle rails and seatpost with adjustable strap spacing that fits most riders. On small frames, check that you have clearance between the saddle and rear tire with the bag loaded.

Very impressed with the quality of these bags, everything fits super tight on the bike, very little sway with the saddle bag even without the stabiliser, love the two compartments on the frame bag with one bigger than the other, use the smaller one for my phone, battery backup and tools and they never move an inch. I also messaged them and they were very accommodating, will be buying from them again.
Great on giant Defy
Nice device, though not without issues. Width can be adjusted a little, so my holster-type saddle bag fits well. Installation is simple. It is convenient to take bottles in/out while riding. Downsides: too short for my bottom without extenders (not included, I had them/bought them elsewhere). The bolts for cages are too long. Would not buy it as a bag holder only - there are cheaper options available. Would not be happy with it without extenders.

Extra Strength well
Fitting was easy enough with bike upside down. You can actually mount 3 bottles if you put one internally to the others and use long bolts. Although I will be putting a 2 man tent in the middle.
